Bac2Profit LLC, established in 2003, is a Red Bank, NJ based consulting and executive coaching firm providing advisory services to underperforming and financially distressed companies.
Bac2Profit offers an approach that combines innovative financial models, restructuring techniques and the operational expertise necessary to rebuild businesses facing complex situations. In parallel, we work as executive coaches to create the leadership, behavioral and cultural changes necessary to sustain the turnaround.
Bac2Profit provides consulting services and interim management to troubled companies. Our services include, but are not limited to, turnaround and restructuring consulting including acting as Chief Restructuring Officer, crisis management, cash flow management, debt refinancings, pre-bankruptcy and Chapter 11 reorganization management, liquidation services, performance improvement and interim management at the CEO, COO and CFO levels.
Bac2Profit understands the different and divergent views of the parties involved in a troubled situation. We know how to bridge the gap. Our strategies to conserve liquidity, implement cash management and forecasting, improve profitability and cost rationalization stops the bleeding, stabilizes the operation and eventually grows the company.

Bac2Profit’s target companies are distressed, in crisis and needing to turnaround their future. The target company size is a mid-cap consumer facing businesses ($1M - $100M).
Our ideal client wants to save and grow the company. Clients are typically privately held, first or second generation entrepreneurs who are challenged by time, retirement, declining sales and profits in industries where products are becoming more commoditized every day.
